WOW well done to spot that, what a shame for the patient.

Thanks for sharing the cases that you do and you are an excellent clinician and so I never doubt your treatment
decisions.  I have had quite a few virgin premolars fracture like yours- the majority were toast but like you
the odd one or two we saved.

In addition, its amazing how some of the worst fractures do last when crowned a long time.

This one is going on almost 10 years. (March 20001) .   Patient begged me to try and save it.  That to me is
a success even if she has it extracted next week. ( its still not bothering her). - Glenn
