15 year follow up of Palatal root

not my root canal here........
metal carrier thermafil= obturation method............

the brown sludge at the bottom middle third of the the very accessible region of this root canal
system was/is the cause for failure.........had this tooth been able to simply take some pepto
bismal, sleep it off and then take a big dump, it would have made it....:-) - Craig Barrington
