Subject: [roots] #18...lots of fun!
from one of my postdocs.....
Hello Everyone,
Here's a case from yesterday...
#18 irreversible pulpitis with APP. Very shallow chamber and tight canals initially. Upon access, I located
the 4 canals, but the distals joined into one main distal canal, which then connected with the MB canal :-)
Troughed the isthmus between the D and MB. ML then also joined in. The wire film shows the D and MB hand files
"bumping" into one another so neither went to length at that point, so that's where I picked up that the two
were joining. Cool webbing inbetween the D and MB.
Fun case to do! Comments/critique always welcome! - Take care, Melissa
I can't think of anything to critique, very nice case! - Terry
