here is a difficult lower canine #33 plus separated file in it.

Dx. Necrotic #33.

I prepared the molar W/ K3, VTVT technique.

Patency always was taking between inst. NaOcl 5.25%+ Edta Gel, Final Irrigation Smear Clear 1 Minute
and Chx2%and FAS. I do it with 02 taper inst...

Obturation with Real Seal (Resilon).
