Subject: [roots] 2 years failure
2 years ago I retreated those hopeless teeth, with poor prognosis both restorative and endodontically.
This week at the recall, the new crowns look much better than the old ones, the lesion are smaller
radiographically, but they are still quite evident on the CBCT level.
Since my treatments the teeth are asymptomatic. Before the retreatment he has been through a phase
of 3 years with sinus tracts appearing/disappearing and several antibiotic regimes against swellings and pain.
What would your approach be here ? Should you recommend now surgery, wait and see ?- Roberto
