I was able to dry and had plenty time, so I filled in a single visit. Hypo, Ano Cat, CHX, ethanol. I gave him 800 mg Ibuprofen 20 mins before starting and presenting the case, and I think it helped greatly, I was expecting anaesthesia difficulties, but he was comfortable throughout. tried hard to find a sixth, but couldn't. 3rd distal was a little surprise, I did fit a cone into it at the same time as the others, but don't seem to have got that on the films. Get to treat an upper molar in the New Year where referring doc can't find MB2, so I hope to find MB and DB2 - Bill
