Three visit retreatment

Subject: [roots] 3 visit retreatment

Hope it isn't too much bandwidth, but I thought I'd save these as single
images so as to see the cbct slices better.

Visit 2 he was better but not feeling good enough for me to be comfortable
completing. I placed ledermix as my dressing. Probably that didn't make
any difference but I just felt better doing it. :-)

Today he was totally better other than an occasional "twinge", so that was
good to go for me on finishing. I hope I can get some followup cbct's over
the next few years to see if the "findings" decrease.

Is it still politically ok to post a case with such hogged out shapes?
Do I get the retx exemption? :-)

three visit retreatment Nice job mark. - gary Dear Dr Dreyer, what was the time span between the 3 visits? Like Craig I am curious about the decision process about using Ledermix: why not change for fresh ultracal? check the root anatomy? more or longer time spans of PUI in addition with CHX ? Just like u are assuming I think it didnīt matter. Greetings from cold stormy Germany to the Sunshine State - Christian Hi Christian, There was one month between each of the appointments. I don't claim any ledermix magic. I merely like to try something different when one approach doesn't work, however I fully concede that perhaps I didn't do a good enough job cleaning the first visit, or perhaps, the tooth just needed some more time, and that the particular choice of dressing had nothing to do with it. Basically I am trying to luck into a "blind squirrel finding a nut kind of situation - Mark
