This patient appeared in our office with buccal swelling, fistula and no-end  gingival pocket.
Definitely the cold test of #46 was negative. After an old filling and decay had been removed a new composite
buildup was done. The tooth was re-accessed and canal were cleaned and shaped. After 4 weeks dressing with
calcium hydroxide obturation and build up were completed. 3 month recall shows healing in progress - Ilya Mer
