Patient just walked out the door

Liviu et al..mostly critique my drilling on this one.should I have knocked
all four cusps down or none?

Fill was done by all addition no drilling back to shape it.just fyi

For those that care about the isolation: I placed the Brinker secondary on the
fill portion to push the dam down - Craig

PS: yes, those are pulp exposures you see from the previous prep..a future referral to
Dr. Pannkuk’s office.by the way Terry, if you are listening, I am almost out of cards.
i keep handing them out..can you send more..:-)
