This case should have been a full mouth, but it wasn’t.  Only interested in 4 teeth here.
But, there is hope, I’m wearing him down, he may want to do something about the lowers!

Anyhow, Lava bridge 7 to 9, Lava crown #10.  Some crazy asymmetries to deal with as a result
of childhood trauma as well as developmental problems.  Can you say sleep apnea?  Given only
4 teeth to work with this was the best I could manage.  Even though it still looks weird with
the lip pulled up, it looks OK in normal situations.

Endo #9 was a 2 step retreat with CaOH as the interim dressing.  Lots of junk in there,
had to use the ultrasonic a lot to clean up all of the goo and get those walls squeaky clean.
Squirt obturation with resilon and epiphany using an Obtura 2 and pluggers.
I hope #7 stays as it is J.

He was referred by a friend of mine in Plano, TX (Greg Lutke) who did a full mouth on his wife
a few years ago.  Oh well, I guess men have a smaller vanity point than women  - Arturo
