Looks like my cleaning and shaping protocols have come a full circle.

Dr.Sashi Nallapati

Looks like my cleaning and shaping protocols have come a full circle. I'm curious, how so? - KendelG hi kendel, at residency i started to open the apical third more and more with out even realising it. i am not convinced if it is such a good thing on a routine basis..so i went back to the taper and keep it as small as practical school of thought on a routine basis and enlarge the apical third in a select cases that warrant that. ex: infected resorbed roots, bigger roots that have no apical constriction etc.. - Sashi Thanks--I understand, - KendelG
