This images are digital x-ray or digital? - Dr.Fdo.Bahamondes.
I use Digora Optime digital x-ray.
I am sorry Ken that I did not write anything on my routine.
These are 2 cases from today referred for endodontic treatment.
Tooth 15 acute pulpitis, the referring dentist could not find the canal.
2 canals found.Hand file 08, 10,15,Apex Locator -patency. Protaper S1,S2,
F1,F2. NiTi handfiles 30 - 45 in both canals.
Irrigation with ChlorExtra, 30G EndoProbe. Ater instrumentation 3 x 20 sec.
ultrasound with Irrisafe.
EDTA 1 min, and Consepsis 5 min. Dry and obturate with cold lateral
condensation AH Plus and guttapercha.
IRM as temporary filling and send back to referring dentist for final
restoration.
I do the same routine on all cases from pulpectomy to retreatment.
Most cases done in one step but working in Norway a lot of the referring
dentists stop referring when I do one step treatment. So I still do a lot
of cases with apical periodontits in two step with CaOH.- Harald Prestegaard
Fantastic case, Harald. Resilon???? - Guy
