Lower 2nd molar. IP with PAP with a distinct DMR fracture, exhibiting clenching/grinding habits.
However, no perio pockets >3mm detected under local anesthesia.

hi ahmed, if possible : whats happened with the sealer periapically. on the 5 y recall its not clear to see.
