Subject: [roots] SQUIRT
87 years old lady, a month ago GP pulled out 1.3 and a added a tooth to the old RPD. Referred to my practice for
RCT on 1.2 with necrosis and asymptomatic apical periodontitis. Grade II movility and normal probing
I decided to squirt this one, unable to fit a master cone because extreme apical curvatures. Canal was 24,5 mm.
A severe and double palatal curve in WL - 1,5 mm. The last 1,5 mm were prepared with hand files prebended
K #08 and #10, flexofile #15 and then manual S1 Protaper prebended as well. I was unable to reach lenght with
bigger files. Slide two: 23 gauge Vs. 25 gauge elements guttapercha light body cartridge. - Javier
