I have been using preformed molar ortho bands that are microetched internally. I remove the old restoration,
secondary caries, and fix the ideal size band with fuji. I use them in cases with guarded restorative prognosis
to provide predictable interim restorations. It is also useful at the end as a matrix for core - Venkat
