Here are three cases that i was involved with.
case 1. Dens Type 3A (endo followed by surgery)
case 2. Dens Type 3B (endo and surgery same visit) main canal retained vitality
case 3. Gemination and Fusion (i think) (endo1,endo2,surgery by colleagues) Intentional replant.
recalls ranging from 1 year to 3.5 yrs
all cases were healing/ healed and are in function - Sashi Nallapati
Sashi, They are wonderful cases!! Top class endo
In the first photo, what is your prognosis for tooth 22? - Hardy
at 4.5 yr...100% ( the endo was initiated in 2002 jan)
but it needed another surgical procedure a year later.(2003 Feb)
I posted the 3.5 yr recall post surgery..(top right pic)
tooth is still there and healing with what appears to be a possible scar(it was a thru and thru lesion)
sinus tract never returned. I expect the prognosis to remain excellent..Sashi Nallapati
