From: Noemí Pascual To: ROOTS Sent: Wednesday, August 06, 2008 1:27 AM Subject: [roots] Apical curvature Case A 37 years old female patient presented symptomatic with irreversible pulpitis on tooth 15. The clinical examination revealed a positive response to thermal test and no pain upon palpation and slightly positive to percussion. The tooth was accessed and prepared with Race files abd a 0.02 tapered apical third was achieved using file size 40/0.02 for mesial and palatal root. Irrigation was accomplished with 5,25% sodium hypochlorite during instrumentation. After 7 days, the patient was asymptomatic. The canal preparations were rinsed again with sodium hypochclorite, 20% citric acid followed by 2% chlorhexidine. The canals were filled with guttapercha points and Top Seal sealer using Tagger technique with guttacondensor. Build-up was done with composite. All suggestions and criticism are welcome - - Noemí Pascualb e a u t y !! - Kendel Really beautiful - Jorge Vera Fantastic and the apical size is again inspirational ( for me) - Sachin Dear Sachin, Thank you for your comments! I´ve got the System B and Obtura unit but I need a little more preclinical experience with it.
