Space at apex of implant

What is this space at the apex of this implant in Procera software ?
It does not appear to be the sinus to me in this panorex.




Try changind the density settings in the nobel software.  Sometimes you have to tweak
it a bit or you get spaces like that.  I don’t think it is anything other than setting.
