Subject: [roots] treatment planning

Apico on tooth #13 was done by a "microscope" endodontist a few years ago.  Still symptomatic.
What would you all do? Also, there appears to be a defect on the root....perforation???
I think this is hopeless, based on the CBCT. - Fred
