Broken files, apical ledges, and 3 failed retreatments in the past 2 months by some endodontists - SergiuHi Sergiu- Very nice case, looks very difficult indeed. I wonder what was the diagnosis. There seems to be no lesion. And the periodontal situation there looks fine - Hagay Shemesh excellent question, since we use to post cases with white lines and we think that's enough:) it was a rct done for prosthetic reason, it failed, the patient was accusing severe pain from time to time, and he seeked help. Eventually he was refered to me as a final option before retrosurgery - Sergiu Brilliant work! Sergio - Imran
