3 rooted Lower molar with radix entomolaris. (Afro-Jamaican)
Good healing observed at 2 years
this tooth had a fracture line extending below the chamber level
but not into the canal orifices. No pocketing.
so far it seems to be working fine. - Sashi Nallapati

Dear Sashi, Wonderful case!!!! Keep posting please, I learn a lot from your cases. My last case of this week was also a radix entomolaris!!! - Noemí Pascual Noemi, congratulation! It looks good! Thank you for the pdf. Did you changed your obturation technique? Do you consider extracting the 48? - Andreea Dear Andreaa, In this case the obturation tecnique selected was: guttapercha + AhPlus with guttacondensor with Tagger tecnique. Good point about the 48, I will ask the referral. - Noemí
