3 rooted Lower molar with radix entomolaris. (Afro-Jamaican)
Good healing observed at 2 years
this tooth had a fracture line extending below the chamber level
but not into the canal orifices. No pocketing.

Did you changed your obturation technique?
Do you consider extracting the 48? - Andreea
In this case the obturation tecnique selected was: guttapercha + AhPlus
with guttacondensor with Tagger tecnique.
