This really wasn't a "quicker suture removal" case, but simply small sutures with no perio pack and
immediate oral hygiene. I think Carr takes them out at 24hrs, but I usually just let them go.
I have seen them gone in two days. I learned the suturing and tissue management from Dennis
Shanelec who is the keynote speaker at this years AMED in Tucson.

His instruments are imperative to place these intraorally. Also I use the carbide blade breaker
blades (on esthetic zone surgery) which are much easier to get now. The SS ones are worthless.
Immediate PO and 15 hrs (next am) pics. This is the shortest time I have documented, but I have
many 24hrs that look the same. I'll find a two day one for you as well. I don't take pics of
