A friend of mine, endodontist too, starts to retreat #1.3. he brokes a file and in the attempt of removal, pushes it over the apex. He tries to obturate it but becouse of the bleeding he couldn't manage. so he refered the case to me Sorry for not putting a pic with the broken file, it was 1/4 in the root and 3/4 in the bone , but i was mad becouse i wasn't finding a micro mirror in the entire office:) So i placed MTA apically, and then , i opened the tooth, added some dry mta (yes i believe in apical moisture) , some gp then fiberpost and build - Dr. Sergiu Nicola,
