Subject: [roots] Obstructed buccals on upper molar

Endo surely is not easy, and is even harder without the necessary tools. Still I love doing endo, and I still dream to do only this in short time.
*This case :
  - sent by a dentist after pulpectomy, because the buccals were blocked. She placed in the palatal a sort of mummifying paste. You can see the pics.
   - not having US tips I used the LN bur and managed to find all the root canals....I know I removed much more dentin than with a US tip, but I did my best with my tools
   - Single visit : 2 hours
   - Routine irrigation protocol : NAOCl 5.25 %, CHX 2 %, EDTA 17 %
-Rotary : GG 4-3-2 , Profile .06 and afterwards beggining apically with hand file instrumenation
     - epiphany and resilon obturation

Hope it will be ok in time....The referral told me she will monitor the patient. all my best regards,- ROBERTO

Roberto, Nice job, do you have a scope yet? How are you taking the pictures? You sure have come a long way, keep going, the road is a nice one on which to travel. - Bill
