Subject: [roots] Bizarre lower second premolar

GP advised me previously he could restore this tooth without any
problem (to me itīs a compromised build-up)

Pulp diagnosis: Necrosis
Periapical diagnosis: Acute Apical Abscess

Provisional coronal restoration with glass ionomer cement.
I managed to locate and treat three canals (two buccal and one lingual).
Hybrid technique with Pathfiles/Protaper/Profile. MAF Profile 30/04 in
all canals. 4% NaOCl activated with Satelec Irrisafe #20. Ultracal XS
canal dressing for 2 weeks. Obturation with guttapercha+AHPlus warm
vertical continuous wave of condensation technique. Temporization with
flow composite + cavit.

Look at the down pack radiograph. Do you think there is a fourth canal?
After seeing the radiograph I tried to find, it but I was unable.
