Implant Dentistry - Bone grafting protocols , Guided bone augmentation and regenerationFrom: kendo To: implants group Sent: Saturday, January 17, 2009 4:32 AM Subject: RE:[implants] [roots] Bone grafting protocols Bone grafting in dentistry is almost as big a grossing phenom as endo file sales.......and it will get bigger... and that's a fact Jack...............and like it or not, there is need for training in microsurgery, the era of chopping broccoli and root ends is at an end................ Point to be made here is that because PepGen is heat scintered, you'll always see residual particles......... BioOss is chemically treated and as such, you don't realize how much remains as particulate, then you read Wallace's sinus lift stuff and his core sampling and it's a whole nudder ball of wax, or Smiler suggesting that we all learn to do iliac crest sampling or venopuncture and obtain PRGF or PRP........ I get it, I don't get it, I simply want to remove fractured teeth, non-restorable teeth a factor this into my service mix........is that so much to ask......Kendo
