Irrevesible pulpitis. RD could not locate canals. I extended the access more distal to find the canals.
I like doing BU's. 90% of my RD's prefer that I complete the coronal restoration. - Venkat

Hi Andreea, Its called the Vring and wave wedges - Venkat

V ring is an excellent matrix but can not be used in all cases at least in my hands.
In the right cases it is the best matrix system I have used so far. - Henry
