Subject: [roots] Complicated apical trifurcation-distal

I fit 3 cones into the the apical trifurcation of the distal root on this one.  They are not separated
too clearly because of the apical puff. The middle distal was large (size 50), the DB was size 30 and
the DL size 27.

The mesial root appeared to be narrow and concave with complex apical anatomy/branching as well, but
the cone fit was much simpler - Terry
