Something I have not seen. 3 implants placed, no pain, swellng
Uncover, and nothing but granulation tissue, note the buccal plate of bone
Grafted, no pain no swelling 4 months. Implants removed, grafting.
They had to be cut out with about 3 mm of bone. Thoughts.

A CBCT would have shown this defect.Very unfortunate situation. -  Fred

All lower teeth are being removed, fixed lower run house. When implants placed.....solid bone.....
CBCT would not have shown this, after implant placement.Too much noise would have shown up on the CBCT and you
would not have seen the defect after placement - Jeffrey
