Cleared teeth: Crown preparation

I have the honor and oppurtunity to present two topics at this year's online AMED (Academy of Microscope Enhanced Dentistry)
Meeting on November 10-12, 2011.

 topic #1 (slide 1) is regarding cleared teeth. In 30 min or less, i will cover the history of clearing teeth, the current
 method i use to clear teeth and how i photograph these teeth for study.

topic #2 (slide 2) is regarding the microscope crown prep. In an hour or less, i will try to cover how i prepare crowns
using a dental operating microscope with the rubber dam as an adjunct. - Craig
