Could not instrument the MB2

Subject: [roots] ROOTS Hope I didnt't make the prognosis worse.

I could not instrument the MB2 during the first 2 visits. I assumed
that MB2 and MB 1 were merging. I should have taken an angled xray
much earlier. After the obturation the sealer tract gave an indication
of the anatomy.

I called the patient back and had to remove some critical tooth
structure to get to the MB2 orifice. Hope I didnt't make the prognosis
worse. - Venkat
