Complicated isolation for post buildup

Subject: [roots] Complicated isolation for post build-up yesterday

Post/core build-ups are an extension of the endodontic treatment.
Aseptic isolation is important. Hereís a fiber post build-up with the
Dycal-enhanced rubber dam isolation. These are the types of cases I constantly
retreat if not isolated properly. I feel confident I can win that argument
against who disagree with me wanting to use a more convenient device.
Iím not sure I can win the argument that the fiberpost I placed is a better structural
build-up than a cast core like Khademi would have placed, but I can go there too. - Terry
