I finished this one today .
A very complex retreatment. Some GTR's, mostly lots of hand files, ultrasonics to clean it and 2 weeks of
CaOH. Schilder warm vertical GP with KS-EWT. AE bonded Fuji II GIC to seal the orifices, then sponge & cavit.
I think it could have been more elegantly finished.....DougR

Yep, he was a rootin, tootin endo nightmare. With retreatments, you can never tell what anatomy was like.
So to answer your question, I think I found all of them. But there could be other ramifications. Time will tell.
