Some GTR's, mostly lots of hand files, ultrasonics to clean it and 2 weeks of CaOH. Schilder warm vertical GP with KS-EWT. AE bonded Fuji II GIC to seal the orifices, then sponge & cavit. I think it could have been more elegantly finished.....DougR
Wild. Glad it was yours. The bi's are three rooted as well. How many roots do you think this tooth had? Was it in a human? :-)) - John A Khademy Yep, he was a rootin, tootin endo nightmare. With retreatments, you can never tell what anatomy was like. So to answer your question, I think I found all of them. But there could be other ramifications. Time will tell. - DougR
