Asymptomatic and not treated by her family dentist PAIN HISTORY Acute infection treated with antibiotics by referring dentist about 1 month ago CLINICAL EXPLORATION TOOTH 1.1 Vertical percussion slightly tenderness Horizontal Percussion normal Negative response to cold test Normal probing with anesthesia Fluctuant swelling and fistula TOOTH 2.1 Vertical percussion normal Horizontal percussion normal Positive and normal response to cold test Probing with anesthesia Buccal probing 12 mm pocket and exudate draining through sulcus Palatal probing normal PICTURES-RADIOGRAPHS AND CBCT IMAGES TOOTH 1.1 HORIZONTAL ROOT FRACTURE, HUGE LESION BETWEEN 1.1-1.2 NEARLY THROUGH AND THROUGH DEFECT BUT I THINK IT ISNīT WHAT WOULD YOU DO?
