Vertical percussion slightly tenderness
Horizontal Percussion normal
Negative response to cold test
Normal probing with anesthesia
Fluctuant swelling and fistula

Vertical percussion normal
Horizontal percussion normal
Positive and normal response to cold test
Probing with anesthesia
Buccal probing 12 mm pocket and exudate draining through sulcus
Palatal probing normal
