Subject: [roots] Cool premolar today
Here is my second System A case #5. It was a 25 mm beast after the occlusal reduction.
I got stunned when I saw the sealer streak from the B canal on the final fill.
I called the patient and made her come back today to retreat the Buccal. Getting the resilon out was very very
easy. The 2nd B canal was tough to get into though.
After my Glide path to #20, I bent an F1 and F2, hooked it up to the AET reciprocating handpiece and shaped the deep
split. I also corrected the length of the original B canal. System A fill again. Amalgam build-up. Pt was happy I
called her to come in.
I was happy too that I went back in- the result was much better.- -Jason
How did you bend the Ni-Ti files? - Andreea
That's obscenely good work, ;-) wow So did you fit three cones? - Kendel
Hi Kendel- Yup, 3 cones! All the best,- -Jason
Great case, Jason - Miguel
Very nice case Jason - Gregory Kurtzman
Another question Jason----are you filling all your cases now with resilon? it does seem particularly well suited to
PacMac, but I know you obturate with other techniques as well - Kendel
Jason........well done.......tell me a little about how you used the
PacMac in this case and your obturation technique.
CLAP CLAP CLAP
Great case.......clap clap clap
I was just thinking two things.
1. Not many out there would recognize the deep split
2. Not many would go back and fix it.
This is what is the commitment to excellence that Roots "university " is all about.- Glenn
