This patient came to my office refereed by a friend for Fixed  restorations and a crown for  implant,
the Implant was placed two weeks ago  immediately after extraction, my main concern was about left apex tip,
I appreciate any comment shall I leave it as is, or ask him to re do the Implant and extract the root tip? - Roberto
