Hx of repeated examinations without positive findings. Patient recalls he was
sensitive to cold but then the pain subsided.
Recently developed acute alv. abscess, treated with Clindamycin
Patients is not in great distress today. Tooth tested necrotic. I was not able to
obtain deep probing readings.
Tooth with crack bucco-lingual confirmed visually into the periodontal attachment
(furcation).
I recommended extraction, patient wants his tooth. I offered I’ll post it in ROOTS and
