Dx. Irreversible pulpitis #47 (lower right 2nd molar).

I prepared the molar W/ K3, VTVT technique.

Patency always was taking between inst. NaOcl 5.25%+ Edta Gel, Final Irrigation Smear Clear 1 Minute and Chx2%,
and FAS I did it with 02 taper inst...

Obturation with Real Seal (Resilon).
Warm vertical condensation. -  Dr.Rafael Marte Fiallo.
