Subject: [roots] RCT TOOTH 3.7 AFTER CVEK PULPOTOMY
12 years old boy. His pediatrician dentist performed an Cvek pulpotomy with CaOH in octuber 2008 in tooth 3.7
In september 2009 patient is referred to my practice. Patient feels pain in lower left side and tooth is
sensitive to percussion. After clinical and radiographic exploration I decided to complete RCT. Preop rx
shows dentin bridge formation under CaOH
Apical gauge was performed with the aid of LSX all canals #60 Obturation with gutta+topseal with continuous
wave of condensation thecnique - Javier Pascual
