Subject: [roots] cyst like lesion 1 year recall

The tooth was previous treated with resorcinol technique. Referral
started retreatment but couldn’t negotiate the canals and made build
up with fiber post and crown. 1 year after got exacerbation. The
patient wanted to save the tooth and crown and was sent to my office.
I did routine cleaning and shaping procedures and placed calcium
hydroxide paste  for 2 weeks. The next visit obturation was completed
by squirt and AH+.
3 month recall shows no healing. One year recall shows healing in progress.
