Subject: [roots] Decision points case

The key decision points during the 3 month 3 visit treatment. No crack
in relation to mesial probing depth later healing of the same.
Satisfactory tooth structure remaining after decay removal. Negotiation
of the calcified canals and patency healing of lateral lesion.

patient was unwell for a while with constant headaches. She is feeling
much better now.

Satisfactory result. I hope I didint miss a POE in palatal. Was catching
a big step but didn't go any further. - Venkat
