Subject: [roots] Delta

Although I use pre-curved k files on every case, I normally don't find this dramatic of a demonstration of the value of
that facet of the instrumentation process.

I spent a bunch of time with those same pre-curved files in the mesial root and never found a second canal....the fill
looks a bit off centered, so I was a bit worried about that. I opened it widely buccal lingually with ultrasonics and it
looked like one big canal all the way down. Hopefully I've addressed all the anatomy - Mark Dreyer

Mark: Of course when you combine the apical preparation with Obtura squirt, you get the best of both worlds...)) But, any reason for not closing the access with a permanent restoration? you work so hard to fill a delta and it would be a shame if they do the core with no rubber dam - Ahmad Ahmad, The only reason is politics/protection of my economic interests. I don't want to offend the referring dentist and risk them not referring to me again. I've got to take the ball and run with it on this one, but I haven't done it yet. - Mark
