Subject: [roots] Another day of dental decay
Here are my cases of today,
As always, the crowns are nearly gone, and only one of the teeth
is planned for a crown :/ The rest is doomed..
Whoops, forgot to attach the cases.
Case 1 is prelimary,
In case 2 is a cotton pellet with some Calciumhydroxide on the GP,
to avoid contamination, but to let the RD find the canal back.
Because he is only going to start with the crown next month.
Case 5 I advised extraction, only buccally there was some enamel
left. I told the patient she would be better of with a bridge or
an implant. The whole crown was amalgam.
All the rest was done with protaper and handfiles, cold lateral
condensation, NaOCl and EDTA and the use of PUI.
Except the last case in which I only used profiles and used hybrid
condensation with gutta condensors - Rafael
