   and if yes, how many such procedures ( full arch ) are performed in one year.
3. Are there any professional references and write up on your clinic ?
4. What material, methods, type of implants you use. Time frame and number of visits
   required
5. Approximate costs and what it will cover and what it will not cover
6. Names and qualifications of the personnel doing the implants
