Subject: [roots] Case from today 4+3=5 :-)

The patient is cousin of my assistant. The tooth was symptomatic all
time after initial treatment made 4 month ago, percussion ++, buccal
swelling.
The first appointment: debridement, irrigation NaOCl, Vitapex ,
temporary filling.
The second appointment:  after 3 week no symptoms, no percussion, no
swelling, a lot of NaOCl and US, thermoplastic obturation, AH+,
temporary filling.
Total:  Mesial - four orifices  - two apices
        Distal - three orifices - three apices
