Subject: [roots] diagnosis of PA lesion

Patient treated by a colleague.
Tooth #30 had endo, endo re-tx of mesial root only (I would have done both roots),
but the lesion persisted. An apico was done on the mesial root, and calcium sulphate
was placed. The tissue was sent for biopsy. What is your differential diagnosis of
the PA lesion? - Fred
