Subject: [roots] Direct capping

A real hard case some time ago....all the floor of pulp chamber was calcified..aprox 10 years ago this was a direct capping....
I played russian roulette here....
Really sometimes I think endo is by far the most part of dentistry......

AGain the LN bur saved me..and the patient ;-)..no X-rays here unfortunately..maybe Irina can post them (it was her patient),
as my only job was to try find the canals and she managed to properly enlarge them and fill them...

I attach also some ugly pics with me not at all ergonomically working solo.....funny thing is that when I talked with some
friend I found out it's better doing endo solo than with an untrained assistant or with a stressing "partnership" which
tells you do to faster , cheaper, better :-) - ROBERTO
