Hi folks...with Dr. Khademi showing great cases today I thought I would show you the one I just finished.
04 taper 30 files in all 5 canals.  There were three PON in the distal and 2 in the mesial.

Here is the preop ( from a PAN) and the postop from a PA.  All of this was done with lasers and no instrumentation.....

JUST KIDDING!

IT took me 3.5 hours to complete.  It was tough for sure and it seems as if the more I know the more difficult
endo becomes.

I was pleased with this one and documented it in HD video with my Sony HDR SR 12. - Glenn van As
