Somebody asked on another case why i left the isthmus of c-shape
untreated. Well sometimes i fill the main canals and then sandblast
the pulp floor. After sandblasting, the inspection under the
microscope reveals more clearly the pulp floor lines.

In this c-shaped molar, i sandblasted the pulp floor before removing
the old gutta. The out line of the c-shaped was revealed and it was
then easy to find the missing canal that was originating very close
to the distal main canal. Disinfection-recapitulation
-classic schilder obturation. Waiting for some healing to take place
now;-))) - Antonis
