Subject: [roots] Dubai Recall

I posted this one some months ago. Pt. moved to Dubai. came back for recall
( of course that wasn't the main reason ;) )

A lot of handfiles lost their lifes. Very calcified case. Was not able to be patent distal.
The lesion on the mesial seems to heal and distal everything seems to be quiet.
Hope it stays like this.Ugly look, but the Pt. doesn't care about ;)) - Jörg Schröder

I can sure relate to the pile of ruined files....it demonstrates how hard you worked.
Good decision to stop and fill without perforating. I have a few of those in my patient
population also.  I bet the patient never has a problem with it, but if so,
surgery will be next on the agenda.  -  Mark
